How can I request a quotation for Venkatasai products?
Register online and submit your product inquiry from the RFQ list or email info@venkatasailifesciences.com with product details, quantity, and specifications. Custom synthesis quotes may take 2–3 days.
How do I place an order with Venkatasai?
After receiving the quotation and COA, send a formal PO including billing/shipping info. Venkatasai will issue a proforma invoice. Shipment starts after payment proof is received.
Are logistics, duties, and clearance charges included in the quoted prices?
No. International FedEx shipping is $100. Domestic is free. Duties and clearance are the customer's responsibility.
Can I request a different pack size for the product?
Yes. Notify during the quotation process. Extra charges may apply. A weighing slip is provided with each shipment.
How can I get updates about custom synthesis products?
Email info@venkatasailifesciences.com with sales@venkatasailifesciences.com in copy. Updates are usually provided bi-weekly or when delivery timelines change.
What are the payment terms for procuring standards from Venkatasai?
New clients must prepay. Returning clients may get alternate terms based on previous transactions, with prior confirmation.
What are the shipping conditions for the products?
Products are stable at room temperature unless stated. Temperature-controlled shipping with data logger is available at extra cost.
How long does it take to receive the products?
FedEx usually delivers in 4–5 business days. Customs clearance times vary and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can Venkatasai ship products via cargo mode?
Yes. Cargo shipping is available based on customer requirements. Similar delivery times to FedEx (4–5 days) apply.
What documents does Venkatasai provide with the standards?
COA, IR, Mass, HPLC/GC/ELSD, NMR, TGA. Chiral products include chiral purity. Extra tests like 13C NMR or qNMR are available for a fee.
Are Venkatasai Standards analyzed according to pharmacopeial methods?
In-house methods are used by default. Comparisons to pharmacopeial standards or traceability studies available on request.
Can Venkatasai Standards be used as an alternative to EP or USP standards?
Yes. With detailed characterization and potency data, Venkatasai standards can serve as valid secondary standards.
What is the shelf life of the products when procured?
A minimum shelf life of one year is guaranteed for all shipped products.
Can I obtain potency documentation for the products?
Yes. TGA is used for most. For heat-sensitive products, qNMR is used.
Can I get a re-test COA for products purchased earlier?
Yes, free for up to 2 years if the product is available. Stability limitations are noted on the COA.
How is chiral purity ensured for products?
Chiral purity is analyzed versus racemic/isomeric mixtures. SOR analysis available on request.
What are the recommended storage conditions for Venkatasai Standards?
Store at 2–8°C unless otherwise specified. Follow COA and label instructions; SDS no longer contains this detail.
